"How is this not $5,000 a month?"
We get this every demo. The total work Sentica does looks like a $15,000–$30,000/month operation. Here's why we sell it for a fraction of that — and why we believe we can keep doing so.
Compute costs are collapsing.
The price of running LLM inference is falling roughly an order of magnitude every 18 months. We price for the cost curve, not the snapshot. What costs us $400 a month in compute today will cost $40 a month in two years. We're sharing that curve with our customers, not pocketing it.
One platform replaces 42 line items.
The average small business pays for 42 SaaS subscriptions — bookkeeping, CRM, marketing, helpdesk, HR, payroll, phone. Sentica is one bill that does the work of all of them, plus the work of the humans who used to operate them. We charge once instead of 42 times.
No per-seat tax.
Traditional SaaS charges per user. Sentica charges per business, regardless of how many humans or agents are inside it. A solo operator pays the same as a 30-person shop on the same tier.

What's actually included in the monthly price?+
The full 7-agent workforce, per-tenant isolation, all pre-built integrations, custom tools built by your agents, the self-improvement loop, the AI Control Center, security controls, and support at your tier. There is no per-seat pricing and no per-agent pricing inside your plan limits.
What about LLM costs? Don't you charge usage?+
LLM compute is bundled into your monthly plan up to generous, business-realistic limits (tens of thousands of tasks per month on Growth). We do not pass through token-by-token pricing — small business owners cannot operate on variable infrastructure bills. If you push past your tier's limits consistently, we'll suggest a plan change, not surprise you with overages.
What about telephony costs? Calling minutes, SMS?+
VoIP and SMS are paid directly to your provider (Dialpad, Twilio, OpenPhone, etc.) at their published rates. Sentica drives the integration. We don't mark up minutes, and you keep your existing number and provider relationship.
How is this not $50,000 a month?+
Two reasons. First, a single Sentica tenant runs the AI workforce for one business, not a thousand — so we don't need to charge enterprise rates to fund enterprise infrastructure. Second, the model economics. LLM compute keeps getting cheaper. We're pricing for the cost curve over the next three years, not the snapshot today. The savings are passed to the owner. We'd rather have 10,000 customers at $449 than 100 at $5,000.
What's the contract term? Can I cancel?+
Month-to-month on Starter, Growth, and Professional. Cancel anytime, prorated to the day. Enterprise is typically annual with a custom DPA. We don't believe in lock-in. The product is the lock-in.
Can I leave with my data?+
Yes. Everything you put in or your agents create — customer records, custom CRM, runbooks, audit logs, conversation transcripts — is yours. Full data export available at any time in standard formats (JSON, CSV). Your phone number, domain, and Stripe account were always yours; they don't live inside Sentica.
Do I need to be technical to use this?+
No. Policies and runbooks are written in plain English in the AI Control Center. Most owners onboard in under an hour. If you can hire a receptionist, you can hire your AI workforce.
Is there a free trial?+
We don't run a self-serve free trial. We run paid pilots with design partners: 30 days, full setup, every agent live, money back if we don't deliver measurable outcomes. Book a demo and we'll tell you whether we're a fit.
What about implementation fees?+
Standard onboarding is included on every plan. Starting a business from scratch (entity formation, brand, website, etc.) is a separate Zero-to-Business package — flat fee, quoted in advance.
What if my business outgrows the plan?+
Move to the next tier in your AI Control Center. We migrate your agents, runbooks, and integrations the same day. No reconfiguration on your end.
