The story.
Sentica started with a frustration we kept hearing — from a friend running an HVAC shop, from a dentist with two locations, from a founder trying to launch a DTC brand on the side. The same story every time. They didn't need another tool. They needed people. And they couldn't afford the people they needed.
The Fortune 500 has a workforce. Main Street has Google Sheets. The gap has nothing to do with talent or hustle — it has everything to do with the unit economics of running an operations team.
